Terms and Conditions on our Online Quotes

1. Quote Validity

All quotes generated through our website are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Non-Binding Estimate

The quote provided is a non-binding estimate based on the information submitted by the user. Final pricing may vary after:

  • An on-site evaluation,

  • Assessment of item weight, volume, or complexity,

  • Any special handling, distance, or access issues not initially disclosed.

3. Inclusions and Exclusions

Quotes typically include:

  • Labor

  • Transportation

  • Basic fuel and mileage costs

Quotes exclude (unless specifically mentioned):

  • Parking fees, tolls, or permits

  • Disposal or environmental fees (for junk hauling)

  • Additional flights of stairs or long carry distances

  • Special item handling (e.g., pianos, safes, glass furniture)

4. Change in Scope

If the scope of work changes on the day of service (e.g., additional items, new destination, delayed access), we reserve the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly.

5. Scheduling and Availability

Quote acceptance does not guarantee availability on your preferred date. Service dates are only confirmed upon booking and deposit payment (if applicable).

6. Deposit and Cancellation

In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm booking. Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.

7. Damage and Liability

We exercise utmost care during handling and transportation. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage,

  • Improperly packed items by the customer,

  • Delicate or fragile items not disclosed in advance.

Liability coverage, if applicable, is limited to the terms outlined in your final service agreement.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during the quote process,

  • Ensuring clear access to pick-up and drop-off points,

  • Securing necessary building or community permissions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Illinois.
